The first stop of Sabah itinerary-Encounter the proboscis monkey and the fireflies

On the second day of coming to Sabah, after having dinner, we took the car to the mangrove forest in the estuary where we looked for the proboscis monkey and watched the mangrove forest. The growth environment of mangroves is generally located in high-salinity estuaries and seasides. Proboscis monkeys feed on mangrove leaves. Their most obvious feature is their long, pointed nose! As soon as they boarded the boat, everyone began to look around and suddenly heard someone shouting: "Look! Proboscis monkey! On that tree!" So everyone looked at the tree he was pointing at. I only saw a proboscis monkey sitting calmly on a tree, gazing into the distance. Maybe it has long been accustomed to the boats that shuttle through the river and the crowds at this time of day.

After watching the proboscis monkey, we went back to the pier and waited for the highlight after nightfall-the fireflies! After dark, we boarded the boat and sailed back into the river. There were dark woods on both sides. Gradually, the grass on both sides flashed and flickered. firefly! That's fireflies! We all screamed in surprise! As the boat continues to move forward, we can see that the trees on both sides are full of fireflies, which are as bright as neon lights, embellishing the ordinary trees into beautiful Christmas trees! At this moment, we forget the hustle and bustle of the world, as if we have entered a world of dreams...

The second stop of Sabah itinerary-Donggu Adullaman National Marine Park

This marine park is composed of 5 islands and is a protected area for coral reefs and marine life. Among them, the sea around Sapi Island is crystal clear, the beach has continuous fine sand, and all kinds of tropical fish can be seen in the water. . After more than ten minutes of speedboat-style speed and passion on the sea, we finally arrived at the pier of Sabie Island, the refreshing green, this is our first impression of the water of Sabie Island!

Before coming to Sabah, I had heard that Sabie Island is rich in water sports and diving activities. We have been fascinated for a long time. It was finally time to experience it in person, and everyone seemed extremely excited. Parasailing, jet skiing, underwater walking, diving, etc...From leisure to excitement, all ages can find suitable items for them. The most challenging deep diving under the sea. In this project, in addition to overcoming psychological fears, you must also learn to breathe in the water with an oxygen cylinder on your back. If you have both, you will deeply appreciate the beauty of swimming under the sea. feel!

Sabah third stop-Mermaid Island

Mermaid Island is a private island that only accepts 80 tourists every day. We took an open-top boat to go to Mermaid Island, so the view is very good! As the speed of the ship continues to increase, coupled with the undulating waves, the hull pitches very sharply. Every time it falls from the top of the wave into the valley of the waves, there will be screams in the ship. Finally, after the thrills and excitement along the way, Mermaid Island finally emerged in front of us. The moment we saw it, we felt that all the hard work was worth it! Its beauty is beyond words! The sea water closest to the beach was light green, turning into emerald a little further away, and looking further away, the sea water turned blue again. Strolling on the white beach, facing the sea breeze, listening to the rough waves!

Sabah sunset-Tanjung Aru Beach

Sabah is known as one of the three most beautiful sunset places in the world, and Tanjung Aru Beach is known as the best place to watch the sunset in Sabah. There is nothing more pleasant than walking on the beach, watching the sunset, setting aside the hustle and bustle of the world, and enjoying the prosperity of life. Isn’t it beautiful?
